D/SIDDOMS 3 - Military Health Care Information Technology

D/SIDDOMS 3 provides the Military Health System (MHS), its components, and
the department of veterans affairs the ability to procure systems integration,
design, development, operations, and maintenance services. D/SIDDOMS 3 contracts
are available to all program offices and requiring activities supporting the
MHS mission. Use of this contract vehicle by the Veterans Administration is
at the discretion of DCC-W and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)/TMA.
The Statement of Work (SOW) includes system integration, design, development,
operations and maintenance services. Orders issued against D/SIDDOMS 3 may
be Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Award Fee (FPAF), Fixed Price Labor
Hour (FPLH), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), or Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF).
