Joanne M. Allswede – is Managing Partner of Quantrum. Joanne co-founded Quantrum and is dedicated to providing practical solutions for efficient access to mission critical data. She ensures that the company's mission remains focused on the needs of its clients.

Prior to founding Quantrum, Joanne held positions at Mead Data Central and LEXIS-NEXIS, specializing in Software Development, Systems Analysis, Configuration Management and Process Design involving a multi-terabyte database system. She also worked in the Avionics Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Computer Information Systems from the University of Dayton.

Randall L. Heide – is Partner and Chief Technology Officer of Quantrum. He is committed to total customer satisfaction, providing clients with information management solutions designed to extract the full value from their data.

Prior to co-founding the company, Randall held positions at Mead Data Central and LEXIS-NEXIS, managing a large staff of software engineers and system administrators responsible for the software and systems associated with approximately one billion dollars in annual revenue. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
