JOANNE M. ALLSWEDE - Managing Partner
Joanne co-founded Quantrum and is dedicated to providing practical solutions
for efficient access to decision support information. She ensures that the company's
mission remains focused on the needs of its clients.
Prior to founding Quantrum, Joanne held positions at Mead Data Central and LEXIS-NEXIS,
specializing in Software Development, Systems Analysis, Configuration Management
and Process Design involving a multi-terabyte database system. She also worked
in the Avionics Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB. Joanne holds a Bachelor
of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Computer Information Systems from the
University of Dayton.
RANDALL L. HEIDE - Partner and Chief Technology Officer
Randall is also a co-founder of Quantrum. He is committed to total customer satisfaction, providing clients with information management solutions designed to extract the full value from their data, thereby increasing productivity.
Prior to co-founding the company, Randall held positions at Mead Data Central and LEXIS-NEXIS, managing a large staff of software engineers and system administrators responsible for the software and systems associated with approximately one billion dollars in annual revenue. Randall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
JOHN P. CUMMISKEY - Business Services Director
John provides a valuable link between technology and business, having held
a number of key managerial roles in the Information Technology sector. Prior
to
entering the IT industry, John practiced law in Dayton, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Political Science from Wright State University and a Juris
Doctor from the University of Dayton.
